As CPAS' founder and chief executive, David has played a key role in the development of the company's strategic vision, as well as CPAS' leading-edge software technology. He has built the most successful executive team in the benefits software field and recruited outstanding outside directors to advise the company on its business strategy and governance. David is a member of the Canadian Pensions and Benefits Institute (CPBI) and is a recognized authority in the field of benefits administration, speaking frequently on the subject.

David's hands-on leadership has been the basis for CPAS Systems Inc.'s continuing success - a technology business where "people are truly the most valuable resource". The result has been steady growth and profitability as CPAS continues to expand into the U.S. and global markets.

In his spare time, David enjoys a variety of outdoors activities and is steadily working towards his black belt in karate. He also serves as a Colonel in the Canadian Armed Forces Supplementary Reserve. David is married and has two children and a Labrador Retriever named Duchess.
