We are currently recruiting for the following positions:

Project Managers

You are accountable for leading a team of resources in the project management process and project management deliverables, and have overall responsibility for the completion of projects.  If you are a very experienced individual, you may assume responsibility for several important projects concurrently. Your team will be made up of well-qualified pension business analysts and programmer analysts, and you will be supporting large customers in Canada, the US, and globally.

Experienced as a senior project manager, knowledgeable in pension administration and legislation with sufficient practical experience to provide added value to project managers as well as provide practical advice to the senior management team. 

You have at least 5 years of experience in leadership/supervisory positions in the IT sector. Experience in financial services is an asset.  You are an excellent communicator, able to work effectively with clients and their consultants. You have a University degree, and proven management skills in estimating, planning, tracking, scope control, risk and issue management and status reporting. Project Management Professional (PMP) designation or equivalent is desirable. 

Senior Pension Business Analysts

You are well organized, able to work in a multi-tasked environment, a team player, with excellent knowledge of pension benefits and legislation relating to US/Canadian pension plans. You must be able to solve complex problems, communicate well and work in a technical environment.

You have a University degree or equivalent and a minimum of 5 years pension or retirement savings related experience. Designation with or extensive experience/knowledge of the following is also required: Pension plan administration (DB and/or DC), and PPAC or CEBS course completion. 

Intermediate Programmer Analyst

You will work as a team member on the configuration, installation and support of our software for clients around the world. You ideally have a University degree and at least 2-3 years of solid programming experience. Your experience and technical skills include Oracle PL/SQL and Java. Experience with Crystal Reports and Cognos are a bonus.
